The WBC is a dedicated barging route connecting Rotterdam’s deep-sea terminals to key inland destinations like Oosterhout. At the heart of this corridor is the Oosterhout Container Terminal (OCT), serving as a vital point for this seamless logistics network.
Our workers are doing the products for Lidl and Kaufland - food and non food (but mainly non food).
The employees work in 2 or 3 shifts, depending on department and season.

The temperature in the warehouse is about 18-21 degrees, but in the summer it can get warm sometimes (the client is providing the ice cream)

Perfect candidate:

For this customer we are looking for 3 types of employees:

1. Loaders and unloaders
Strong man, experience with loading and unloading is welcome. The maximum weight of the package is 25 kg. They need to speak Polish, Romanian or English.

1. Forklift drivers
Polish or English speaking male candidates. Both male and female candidates are welcome. They are of course tested on the first day.

3. Controllers
English speaking ladies, very accurate. They are checking if the sticker on the pallet is correct, is the location right, if there are no mistakes in the way pallet is put together.

Given the fact that the client often works in overhours, the driving licence is very much welcome.
