If they are also skilled at welding, that is a plus, but the most important thing is:

- Reading drawings
- Cutting and processing steel plates, beams, etc. to size (according to the dimensions on the drawings) using sawing, oxy-fuel cutting, and grinding/grinding
- Subsequently assembling according to the drawing
